How long will it take for my order to ship?

Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your order. Once your order is processed, it should arrive within 3-10 business days. We will be sure to contact you if there's any delay.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. If for some reason you did not receive this information, please send us an email at info@claritybylne.com

Where is local pickup?

Order pickup is located in Owings Mills, Maryland. You will receive an email once your order is ready and for you to schedule a pick up time. All orders must be picked up within 3 business days of you being notified that your order is ready. Unclaimed items will be re-shelved and a refund will not be issued

Returns and exchanges?

There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after orders have already been confirmed. If your items arrive damaged, please contact us immediately.

What happens if my order is delayed with the shipping courier?

Clarity by LNE is not responsible for delayed shipments once the package is with the shipping courier. We encourage you to contact the shipping courier directly for order updates.
